Order Handling & Shipping

Wrong Item Delivered

  1. Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email - info@preona.in or WhatsApp at 7507599233 with pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
  2. Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
  3. We will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered.
  4. If reverse pick-up is not available, we will assist with an alternative option.
  5. After pickup, replacement will be shipped (depending on stock or refund).

Item Damaged

  1. Please record a video while opening the courier.
  2. Raise a replacement request within 3 days at info@preona.in or WhatsApp 7507599233 with the video and pictures.
  3. Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
  4. Courier pickup will be arranged.
  5. Alternative option if pickup not available.
  6. Replacement will be shipped after receiving the damaged item (depending on stock or refund).

We Cannot Replace/Return in These Cases

  • Opened / used / altered products
  • Missing original packaging
  • Return request raised after 3 days of delivery
  • No opening video available

Order Cancellation

We allow cancellation before order processing. Once processed, we cannot cancel the order.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders above minimum order amount (shown during checkout). COD available.
